MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

• If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise (non-instrument) purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase amount.

• The purchased item must be in new, undamaged condition and returned unopened and unused with all original packaging, manuals, accessories and warranty card, if applicable.

• Item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

• Credits for returned merchandise will be applied only to the credit card used in the original purchase. Refunds for cash or check purchases will be made in the payment form of the original purchase. Refunds for merchandise paid for by check may only be made after the check has cleared.

• Returns may incur a restocking charge of 10% to 25%.

• We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise.

 

INSTRUMENT, MOUTHPIECE AND REED RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

• All sales are final on instruments.

• All sales on mouthpieces and reeds are final unless in original, sealed packaging.

• Once payment has been processed, instrument purchases are not eligible for refund.

• Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value within 10 days from sale date on the receipt.

• Exchanged item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

• New instruments to be exchanged must be in new, salable condition and returned unopened, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories and warranty card, if applicable.

• Used instruments to be exchanged must be in the same condition in which they were purchased and must include all items that were in the original package. If an instrument is not returned in the same condition, Woodwinds by Germann may deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer a partial credit for the exchange.

• All instruments exchanged will be assessed a $25.00 sanitation fee.

• International instrument sales may not be returned or exchanged.

• Returns may incur a restocking charge of 10% to 25%.

• We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any instrument.
